You should do Random Acts of Kindness all the time, it helps alot.

 

It reduces stress, depression, hostility and isolation.

It brings joy, happiness and self esteem. Makes you feel like a good person.

 

The choice is up to you, Spread the Peace, Love, Joy, Kindnes, and effort <3

2nd Random Act Of Kindness

I researched more Random Acts Of Kindness, and I found free hugs one of them. So Thats what I did, stood by the street with a sign that said free hugs.

Some people stopped and accepted the hug, and some people looked at me like I was crazy and walked away. I guess not all people respond to kindness easily.  But it was fun :)

 

I also wrote letters to my Family Members and gave them their letter. I got my free hugs after that. :)

 

The Random Acts of Kindness I did, not only made people happy but it made me happy. :)

1st Random Acts Of Kindness

The First Thing I did was make cute little Compliments and hang them up around school. Some of them were weird, but I loved them.

example: " You are the gravy to my mashed potates."

"I like the way your Nostrils are placed on your nose."

"Your more fun than a barrel of monkeys."

" I heard you make really good french toast."

" You're more fun than bubble rap."

" You're more cuddly than the downy bear."
